We offer a wide range of workouts, from High intensity all the way to Yoga. You can take them all at your own time and modify when needed.
Our payments run monthly so if you wish to cancel you just need to do before the next payment is due.
If you join our 6 week challenges you will either do our gym program or our home program. For our home program you will just need a pair of dumbells, ideally adjustable. Some long resistance bands and some booty bands.
For On-Demands we have some videos you can use dumbells, pilates balls and resistant bands but these are optional and you can opt for body weight.
100% any information you supply us goes no further than us.
At this moment in time we do not but we are working on a community group within the app that we will be posting in regularly and you can do the same. We will keep you updated on this.
