Hands down the best decision I have done by signing up to this app. I am 1:1 with Will and we are working on building my strength and muscle mass and he has completely catered it to my lifestyle. I am also using the On-Demand videos if I want a quick sweat workout and have a free 20 min. They provide clear instructions with videos to show correct form but I also have the ability to message Will directly with any questions or if I want to email him videos on my own form I can. Honestly it’s insane value for money. Highly recommend!
